Welcome to Top Design Lab. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we offer refunds for our design services. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.
Top Design Lab ensures 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited free Revision Policy, which allows you to request improvements on your initial design brief free of charge via your account area.
To be eligible for a refund, your required designs must be unused and not published anywhere on the Internet or other platforms.
If you are dissatisfied with any design service from Top Design Lab, you may submit a refund request within 5 days of initial design delivery. If no refund request is made within 5 days, it will be assumed that you are satisfied.
For Special / Combo packages, refunds follow the same terms as single packages. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
All refund requests are processed as follows (subject to a 10% service & processing fee):
Refund requests must be sent to our support team. Top Design Lab reserves the right to approve or reject requests on a case-by-case basis in line with your user agreement.
Once we receive and inspect your request, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Only regular-priced design services may be refunded. Sale or discounted packages are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We only replace designs if the delivered logos are proven to be plagiarized from the Internet. If needed, we may exchange the design for the same item upon request. Please email us at info@topdesignslab.live.
